SupplyDrop refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

All sales on SupplyDrop are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason once the product has been delivered.

2. Digital Goods Nature

All products sold on NfaHub are digital goods (including account details, product keys, and similar items). Once the product key or account details have been revealed or delivered to you, the sale is considered complete and cannot be reversed.

3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in the following case:

  • The delivered product is proven to be invalid at the exact time of delivery (e.g., the key or account was already used or banned before you received it).

In all other situations — including buyer’s remorse, change of mind, accidental purchase, or issues arising after delivery — no refund will be issued. Accepted refunds will be refunded to balance.

4. No Responsibility for Bans or Misuse

We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or penalties that occur after you receive and use the purchased account or key. These issues do not qualify for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

If you believe your purchase meets the limited exception above, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at our discord tickets with your order number and proof of invalidity. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of SupplyDrop after changes means you accept the updated policy.
